Ms. Holgate joined the firm in 1994. For over
ten years she was with The Northshore Companies, a residential development
firm active in the Burlington marketplace.
Ms. Holgate has over 20 years of real estate
development and marketing experience. She has successfully coordinated
the development, marketing, and management of award winning projects
in the Chittenden County area including The Village at Northshore,
Pine Crest, The Commons at Williston Village, The Commons at Essex
Way, and Palisades Village, a mixed use project in Stowe, VT.
