The redevelopment of the Daniel Kern House successfully
blends both old and new. The project included the rehabilitation
of a Civil-War era structure as well as the development of a modern
office addition and a parking garage. The building contains both
retail and office uses.

This project was developed in association with
The First United Methodist Church of Vermont. It has won numerous
awards including the 1997 Pasackow Award from the Downtown Burlington
Development Association as the project best contributing to the
City.
